Colourcoats enamel model paints are accurate representations of colours used by worldwide naval, air and land forces. Each tin contains a suspension of solid pigments in an enamel binder liquid with either a matt or satin finish.

The paint was common on Lockheed Venturas and Hudsons, Curtiss P-40 Kittyhawks, possibly Vought Corsairs and also for code letters on numerous types.
