Information

Introduced in July 1916, Admiralty Pattern 507C was introduced alongside 507A and 507B already in existence. The name "Very Light Grey" was relative to the previously introduced greys which were darker. This paint would remain in use and became the standard Foreign Stations Grey through the 1920s, until 507C began to gain blue pigmentation at the end of that decade.

This shade would be suitable, for instance, for HMS Hood during the Empire Cruise in 1924.

** Colour renders given above are for guidance only - differences in colour space models for physical paints versus illuminated pixels on screen and limitations of conversions between models means that what you see on your screen cannot be used for colour matching purposes. An accurate colour can be found sprayed on each tin lid and within the tin. **

Colourcoats are available in 14ml as standard. 125ml or larger quantities are available on request.
